Pursuant to the Employment Relationships Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 21/2013, as amended, hereinafter: ZDR-1) and the provisions of the Collective Agreement __________ [insert]

conclude the following:

AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1

(Initial provisions)

The Contracting Parties note at the outset that:

• - by concluding this employment contract, the contracting parties regulate their mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities in connection with the employment and work of the employee at the employer;
• - for areas that are not expressly regulated by this employment contract, the applicable provisions of the law governing employment relations and general acts of the employer apply directly at any time;
• - the proposal of this employment contract was presented to the employee at least three days before its execution;
• - prior to concluding this employment contract, the employer informed the employee of the work, working conditions and the rights and obligations of the parties related to the position for which the employment contract is concluded, and also informed him of all general acts that apply at the employer.
